As a social insurance clerk (m/f/d) specializing in general health insurance, you will be in direct contact with our customers and ensure that their concerns are well taken care of.

You will assess insurance relationships, provide expert advice to insured persons, process benefit applications and support our corporate customers with premium calculations and reporting. You will not only work with legal texts, but above all with people and advise them competently and in a solution-oriented manner.

Three years that pay off: Your apprenticeship with prospects. In your 3-year dual training program, you will learn everything you need for your profession - in practice at one of our branches and in theory at the BKK Akademie in Rotenburg an der Fulda. The theory comprises 8 full-time seminars lasting 16 or 19 weeks, depending on your compulsory schooling. Weekly training afternoons, intensive exam preparation and regular exchanges with your training manager and other trainees will help you to continuously develop your skills.
